My research interests

I am interested in polar and subpolar marine plankton dynamics in a climate change context, studying the responses of the first levels of the food web with field data, experimental work and modelling. With my group, we pay special attention to harmful algal blooms.

How is my work linked to the Beagle Channel area?

The Beagle Channel is our main playground when it comes to the studies on harmful algae. Understanding their dynamics and the link with the socio-productive stakeholders in the area is central to our work.
